Available for All children ages 5 and up attending schools in the local community, The Amberwood Academy‘s Before and After School Care offer a varied and flexible program of leisure activities that the children are able to choose from, including a wide variety of materials and resources: computers, arts, crafts, music, cooking and sports. With the support of our qualified and experienced staff, children select and plan their own activities and experiences. In consultation with parents, staff will also assist with the supervision of homework.
Participants do not need to be registered students at our school, and neighborhood children are all welcome. Please contact the Coordinator (Phone: 954-7474774) to receive information regarding the local schools that are currently serviced.
Before School Care operates on all Broward School days from 6.30am - 9.00am, and After School Care operates on all Broward School days from 2.30pm - 6.30pm, Children are transported by our center-owned Van, fitted with seat belts and A.C., to and from their local school. A nutritious breakfast and afternoon Snack are provided each day.
